LeBron Raymone James Sr., born the 30th of December, 1984 is an American professional basketball player who represents the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). King James has been widely acknowledged as the greatest of all time basketball stars. Michael Jordan is usually considered when discussing which is the most outstanding player. James won two Olympic golds, as well as four NBA championships. James is the NBA All-Star who has the most playoff points, the second highest career point total, and the seventh highest assists total in his career. James is part of the NBA All-Stars, 18 All-NBA Teams, and five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. He's played in the ten NBA Finals the third most all time including eight consecutively between 2011 and the year 2018. James was selected to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He was the NBA's first player with 10,000 points, 10 rebounds and an assists in 2022. James was a basketball player in St. Vincent St. Mary High School within his home town from Akron Ohio and was heavily touted by the national media for his potential as an NBA star. He was a pre-profession player and chosen for the Cleveland Cavaliers with the first overall pick in 2003's NBA draft. Named the 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year he soon established himself as one of the top league players winning an NBA MVP Award in 2009 and 2010. James signed with the Miami Heat in 2010 when James became a Free Agent following his inability to win the title with Cleveland. The announcement of his departure was broadcast on The Decision.
