Lori Greiner

Lori Greiner was born Lori Husman. She is an American media personality and businessperson who is a Shark in the ABC reality program Shark Tank. While in college, she was fascinated with jewelry that was custom made. She kept creating and sell her creations until she had the brilliant concept of designing the earring holders made from plastic. Then, to gauge how women react to it, the woman on the street Greiner demonstrated the item to. Then she patent the item and started to sell it on several platforms both offline and online, continuing to add more and more products. So far, she has developed and promoted more than 1,000 successful products. She also holds over 120 US and International patents. Being a sharp thinker and having a solid business savvy, she is able to discern in seconds whether a product is a "hero or a zero", resulting in 90 percent success for her company. She is a strong believer that "if you're fortunate enough to have a chance is your duty to do something for others". Therefore, she donates to many charities every year.
